Learn the basics of making fresh pasta from scratch with Chef Lynne.
In this cooking class, you'll dive into the fundamentals of pasta making with Chef Lynne and three preparations of the beloved comfort food paired with classic Italian herbs and sauces. You'll practice the art and technique of making homemade pasta for traditional Italian recipes.
First, you'll make pasta dough from scratch, then pair it with steamed mussels in a decadent saffron broth, a tangy pomodoro sauce, and herb ravioli with a bright pesto sauce and creamy ricotta filling. Finish with panna cotta and enough pasta and sauce to take home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lynne was fantastic! Super knowledgable and personable. We learned so much and had a great time doing so. Plus her backyard and "outdoor kitchen" is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

With over 40 years of experience in the culinary industry and an extensive teaching background, Chef Lynne is a seasoned professional. She has owned an upscale catering business and restaurant, instructed culinary students, authored her own cookbook, worked as a private chef and consultant and appeared on several TV shows. Fueled by her passion, Chef Lynne wants to help others improve their craft and skills in the kitchen.
