Enjoy sunny days outside while mastering the grill with this cooking class that is ideal for anyone wanting to elevate their outdoor cooking skills. Chef Lynne will guide you through a vibrant feast prepared on the grill and bursting with island flavors.

Learn how to perfectly grill three different proteins paired with tropical fruits, spices and sides. Start light with a bright and fresh lemon herb shrimp followed by a fruity seafood plate and Cuban-inspired grilled chicken with seasoned rice. Finish the meal with a creamy kiwi and lime tart.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Grilled Lemon Herb Shrimp

With garden herb mix, orange zest and olive oil

Grilled Seasonal Fish

With citrus rub, and a pineapple, banana and mango compote

Cuban-Inspired Grilled Chicken and Rice

With oranges, onions, cumin, garlic, saffron and tomatoes

Kiwi Lime Tarts

With pastry crust, ricotta cream and sugar

This was an extremely fun experience. The food that Chef Lynne helped us prepare tasted delicious and her backyard was beautiful. We had a great time.

Chef Lynne was fantastic! Super knowledgable and personable. We learned so much and had a great time doing so. Plus her backyard and "outdoor kitchen" is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

Phenomenal. A phenomenal woman. A phenomenal Chef. She is amazing, from her I learned how to use the freshest ingredients, the freshest herbs and how wonderful it is to bring out the natural flavors of food. Oh and her desserts are so beautiful and the decorating! Amazing. She inspires me to have a full herb garden in my kitchen. Most of all she has taught me to have faith and confidence in myself. Chef you are awesome. Thank you

Chef Lynne created an "experience" for me and five of my friends. To call it a mere "meal" would be underselling it. She was extremely professional and yet friendly. Clearly she has a lot of experience because everything occurred right on schedule, and everything was organized. The presentation of the dishes and their TASTE(!) demonstrate that she takes her job seriously and that she has a lot of passion about food. We had a few people who have food allergies, and Chef Lynne was careful to plan around those allergies. The day after the meal, we practically fought each other for the leftovers! It has been some time since that meal, and yet my friends and I still talk about it. Obviously it made quite an impression on us. We have already reached out to Chef Lynne about possibly working with us again for an event next year.
