Enhance your skills on the grill in this cooking class with Chef Jenn while working with fresh, vegan ingredients to create a flavorful feast. This impressive barbecue spread highlights the range and versatility of plant-based cooking.

Pair bright, herbaceous flavors in an apple and fennel salad to start your backyard feast. Then, whip up garlic potatoes and charred vegetables to accompany the main dish. Chef Jenn will teach you how to turn jackfruit into tender, smoky barbecued ribs. Finish with a sweet and nutty grilled peach crumble with praline pecans.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jenn was great. When she got into the kitchen she went right to work. She explained just what we were cooking and how it all went together. The meal, BBQ Jackfruit Ribs, OMG it was all so delicious. Jenn is 100% plant based. Couldnt ask for anything better. Thank you Jenn, it was just my pleasure to have you in my home. You are great fun.
