In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mickey, you'll discover how simple it is to prepare a handful of comforting Asian recipes completely from scratch using high-quality ingredients.
Begin by making tamagoyaki, a type of Japanese omelette, that features layers of fried egg with soy sauce and seaweed, and a fresh salad roll with cucumber, crab meat and avocado. For your entrée, Chef Mickey will teach you how to cook authentic Filipino pork with coconut sauce, and a fruit salad with cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I loved our meal with Chef Mickey! Mickey walked us through some amazing dishes and we enjoyed getting to know more about Asian cuisine through his expertise and experience. He was a professional and we would highly recommend doing a CozyMeal with Mickey.

We loved our class with Chef Mickey! He was so welcoming and informative. We had so much fun learning how to roll sushi and have the skills now to make it at home. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to develop their culinary skills and enjoy a night out!

Chef Mickey has worked as a sushi chef for nearly 10 years, and is excited to share his passion with others. As a head chef, he understands the importance of efficiency and skill when preparing handmade sushi and is ready to pass those tips and techniques on to fellow food lovers. In addition to sushi rolling, Chef Mickey teaches classes on creating hot and cold appetizers, decadent desserts and specialties of Filipino cuisine.
