Recreate a bistro-style steak dinner in the great American tradition in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christopher. Learn how to prepare steak to perfection and create sides to complement it deliciously for a hearty meal you won't soon forget.
Begin with a crisp Caesar salad topped with fresh homemade dressing. Then, you'll prepare the steak cut of your choice served with an herby chimichurri sauce, and whip up a batch of roasted potatoes seasoned with garlic and Parmesan. And for dessert, indulge in a refreshing lemon bay leaf sorbet.

Where to start with such a talented chef, Chris is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who I’ve had the privilege of meeting and cooking with his passion for culinary arts is only outmatched by his easygoing personality and nature. More than 20 years in the restaurant business has taught Chef Christopher about the importance of education. Trained in French cuisine, he is continually expanding his culinary knowledge. As an executive chef at an award-winning restaurant, Chef Christopher enjoys encouraging his team to expand their kitchen skills, and he hopes to do the same for home cooks of all levels.
