In this interactive cooking class with Chef Jerry, you'll learn how to prepare three brunch dishes that go far beyond standard French toast and eggs. From salmon to candied oranges, there's a flavor for every palate on this menu.
To begin, Chef Jerry will teach you how to prepare salmon crudo with fresh goat cheese and a creamy spinach flan. Next, you'll learn how to caramelize onions and roast peaches to top your pork loin medallion sliders. Finally, create a creamsicle-inspired dessert: Candied oranges with a cream drizzle.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
