Enjoy authentic Italian food, simplified, in this technique-focused cooking class.

Prepare a simple menu of favorites from Rome in this cooking class with Chef Julio. He'll teach you proper culinary techniques to master each Italian recipe so you leave with new skills in your cooking repertoire.

After preparing a fresh salad with candied walnuts, you'll learn how to make handmade pasta and classic carbonara from scratch. Next, Chef Julio will show you how to perfectly sear a New York strip steak to pair with a white bean fricassée, spring onions and a pan sauce. For the grand finale, homemade cookies and decadent pot de crème.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Julio was awesome! Customized the menu to our dietary restrictions (vegetarian and mostly dairy free). He showed up 2 minutes early and stayed for over 3 hours. Great guy and teacher!
