From organic greens and homemade pasta to the perfect steak, enjoy an elegant Italian cooking class.

Get a taste of Italy in this interactive cooking class with Chef Julio. You'll make pasta from scratch, learn about sous vide cooking and more as you prepare an authentic Italian meal together.

Begin by preparing an organic green salad with homemade blackberry dressing, and learn how to make tagliatelle pasta from scratch for peppery cacio e pepe. Then, Chef Julio will show you his process of how to cook steaks to perfection using the sous vide method, and end with a tangy lemon sabayon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
