Cooking Class - Rustic Sous Vide Cooking
Learn all about sous vide cooking from Chef Julio as you prepare a rustic meal together.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Julio will teach you the ins and outs of sous vide cooking as you prepare a handmade meal featuring simple gourmet recipes.
Begin with a quick introduction of the ingredients, followed by preparing a fresh bibb salad and making the pizza dough. Next, Chef Julio will give a demo and small lecture on sous vide cooking as he teaches how to prepare glazed chicken and crème brûlée in a jar with eggs, sugar and cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With eight years of experience in restaurant kitchens, Chef Julio is happy to share his culinary expertise with others. He is trained in Italian and French cuisine and has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens in Los Angeles and Virginia. Years of navigating professional kitchens have given Chef Julio an understanding of prepping and timing, which are just a few of the tips and techniques he will pass along in his classes.
