Learn how to handcraft traditional Japanese dishes from scratch with Chef Rocky.
Join Chef Rocky as he takes a fresh approach to long time culinary favorites in Japanese culture in this hands-on cooking class.
First, you'll make gyoza dumplings filled by hand with pork and cabbage. Then, discover the delicate craft of tempura frying by making your own tempura shrimp to be served with fresh dashi udon noodles. For dessert, Chef Rocky will teach you the art of from-scratch sorbet using the flavors of fresh strawberries and the Asian native citrus fruit, yuzu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rocky was so impressive! His talents and skills exceeded our highest expectations. He is a seasoned pro in the kitchen and was an amazing teacher.
