Experience the tastes and textures of traditional Thai cuisine in this immersive, hands-on cooking class with Chef Rebecca. Together, you'll explore the culture behind authentic flavors and techniques for preparing culinary creations.
Begin with spring rolls filled with carrots, lettuce and red peppers, and a ramen noodle salad featuring coleslaw and fresh edamame. Next, Chef Rebecca will show you how to prepare pad Thai with your choice of chicken or vegetarian ingredients. And before the magic ends, whip up a smooth mango coconut pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rebecca has honed her talent as a chef who is focused on healthy cooking over a 13-year career. She's a certified natural health practitioner and certified holistic nutrition practitioner whose love of healing ingredients informs her culinary practices. Her favorite feat is turning ordinary meals into healthy spreads that people relish. Chef Rebecca is eager to share her expertise with students of all skillsets and backgrounds.
