Cooking Class - SoCal Tapas

Learn to make a variety of gluten-free small bites for your next cocktail party, game night, or movie marathon!

In this California tapas cooking class, Chef Elaine will teach you a variety of small bites and appetizers perfect for your next game night, movie marathon, ladies' night, or cocktail party. You'll learn a number of creative "stuffies" -- stuffed small bites -- including homemade hummus in vegetable cups, scrambled eggs in cocktail tomatoes, and prosciutto-wrapped baby potatoes. You'll also make vegan lettuce cups, a clever "eggs on eggs dish" involving fish roe and deviled eggs, and a variety of grilled skewered meats.

This class has options for everyone - it can be modified to satisfy any diet: Paleo, Low Carb, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten, Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free, and Low Sodium!

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to enjoy with the class.

Chef Elaine was a pleasure to cook with! She really taught us about how to pick the perfect fruit or veggie and gave us helpful tips on what vendors to use at the farmer's market. We crafted a delicious savory brunch together and we can't wait to re-make some of the delicacies we made with Chef Elaine. We look forward to cooking with her again in the near future.
