Cooking Class - Healthy Plant-Based Tex-Mex
Chef Dominique has curated a flavor-forward plant-based menu inspired by Tex-Mex food for this hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn smart cooking techniques and tips on incorporating high-quality ingredients.
First, you'll learn how to make vegan tortilla soup featuring plenty of jalapeño heat. For the main dish, Chef Dominique will teach you how to make authentic mole made with chocolate and served with chickpeas, a twist on the classic mole dish. Finally, you'll prepare a healthy yet decadent chocolate chia pudding topped with fresh strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
