Cooking Class - Gourmet Italian-American Favorites
A collection of classics from the Italian-American cookbook takes a step up in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Megan. You'll learn how to balance heartiness and elegance by adding fine touches to some humble favorites.
Class begins with curly kale salad topped with traditional Caesar dressing. Then, prepare shrimp scampi and classic risotto, a perfect entrée and side dish pairing for indulging in both culinary comfort and gourmet excellence. And to end class on a sweeter-than-sweet note, an authentic and decadent tiramisu made from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
