You'll start with a refreshing caprese salad topped with mozzarella and bright Campari tomatoes before preparing chicken marsala peppered with shallots, mushrooms and garlic. For your pasta, create farfalle with shallots and spinach robed in a creamy Parmesan sauce. And for dessert, whip up smooth panna cotta with a tangy coulis made from fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
