Cooking Class - Modern Sushi Techniques
The vibrant tradition of sushi comes to life in this authentic hands-on cooking class with Chef Jocelyn. She'll share her tips and techniques for building a menu filled with creative sushi dishes.
Begin with hamachi sashimi served with grated wasabi and yuzu, before moving into a more classic torched salmon sushi roll filled with cucumber, rice and crispy garlic. Then comes a contemporary novelty: Spicy hamachi rice poppers featuring spicy mayonnaise and pickled chilis. Wrap things up with a decadent honey cake drizzled with a brown butter ginger glaze.
