Cooking Class - New American Favorites
Beloved New American recipes receive upscale twists in this fun hands-on cooking class with Chef Jocelyn. Learn how simple it is to add a little gourmet flair to your cherished favorites.
You'll begin by creating a classic wedge salad with a BLT upgrade before moving onto the main course: The whimsically named yuppie burger, made using angus beef topped with brie and red wine onion confit and served on a brioche bun. And for dessert, an all-American apple pie gets a makeover in the form of a decadent galette drizzled with spiced salted caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
