You'll begin by creating a classic wedge salad with a BLT upgrade before moving onto the main course: The whimsically named yuppie burger, made using angus beef topped with brie and red wine onion confit and served on a brioche bun. And for dessert, an all-American apple pie gets a makeover in the form of a decadent galette drizzled with spiced salted caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We so enjoyed our evening with Jocelyn! She was so warm and friendly and we had a beautiful time. She was so helpful while teaching us and we learned some extra shortcuts to other items. She especially helped us with seasoning ideas and we fully plan to make this meal we learned often. Making the pasta from scratch was easier than we could have imagined! You cannot go wrong booking with this Chef!
Meet your chef
Since graduating from culinary school, Chef Jocelyn has traveled around the world working as a chef and honing her skills in a variety of cuisines and roles. She has had a hand in opening more than seven restaurants, including one in a five-star resort in Dubai. Chef Jocelyn has also gained more than a decade of experience working under celebrity chefs and in Michelin-starred restaurants in Las Vegas.
