Vanessa was a wonderful chef to learn from! She is very experienced in different cuisines and she is very personable and accommodating. I requested some dietary changes for my experience, and they were welcomed quite well- I learned lots of new alternatives to some sauces we used. She is open to all questions related to cooking, and has a very fun and kind personality. It was my first time having a cooking class and she made it well worth it.

Chef Vanessa was so welcoming to my partner and I! For the first in person cooking class we did, this was a great experience. She was so accommodating as we usually stick to a vegan diet. I would sign up for a class with Chef Vanessa again!
