The celebration begins with spinach dip featuring fresh crab meat and served with homemade chips. The party continues with crawfish étouffée with jasmine rice and fresh seasonings. And the good times just keep rolling with an ooey gooey cake loaded with butter, cream cheese and fresh milk, and flavored with real vanilla.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I hired Chef Kayla for a date night. She was incredibly friendly and sweet and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was amazing. We also found out after the dinner that she had a flat tire on the way to the location, but somehow she still made it on time and had an amazing attitude throughout the night! I was very impressed by her professionalism and by the food!

Chef Kayla is AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. She made my partner’s surprise birthday experience exceptional, with lots of fun and lots of laughs! If you’re thinking of booking with this stellar chef, don’t hesitate, do it. Chef Kayla is 10/10!

She specializes in authentic New Orleans cuisine, which also includes a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. In 2020, Chef Kayla opened a brick-and-mortar location and is currently in the process of opening her own restaurant.
