Roll up your sleeves and get ready to prepare a variety of gourmet seafood recipes under the expert guidance of Chef Alex. You'll also learn a handful of smart cooking techniques while using high-quality ingredients.
Across four courses, you'll perfect several authentic dishes, such as Thai-style steamed mussels with cilantro, lime, coconut milk and lemongrass, garlic-marinated shrimp with zesty chili-lime dipping sauce, and classic crab cakes with a mouthwatering chimichurri aioli. For dessert, you'll whip up a velvety lemon meringue pie.

Chef Alex makes you feel as if you are a friend cooking with him at his kitchen. His personality was extremely professional, lively and entertaining. The class flowed naturally and all of the instructions were clear, easy to follow, all questions answered. Chef Alex even throws in some helpful side tips for other dishes that were not part of the class! This was my first Zoom cooking class and it far exceeded my expectations. Thanks, Chef Alex!
