In this comfort foods cooking class, Chef Jen will teach you to prepare a healthier and lighter version of a favorite comfort food, chicken pot pie. Replacing butter crust with phyllo dough and heavy cream with Mexican crema, you'll see that you don't need super rich ingredients to make a luxurious and delicious meal. You'll also learn to prepare a simple but satisfying salad and a healthier take on berry pie with whipped cream.
The Chef welcomes guests to bring their own wine or beer to the class.
