He uses high quality fish and organic and sustainable ingredients and provides everything you need so that you'll be making your own rolls in no time. Chef Kaz rocks! He lead such a fun class and I loved his self-teaching approach to making sushi. He would demonstrate, and then left you with lots of time to play and learn from your own mistakes. It was great! Came here with my boyfriend as an anniversary treat and so happy we did it. So worth the money, you get to eat lots of sushi!! Thanks chef Kaz!
