Join Chef Jason for the opportunity to learn how to cook with fresh, locally caught seafood.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jason, you will learn how to prepare two seafood dishes using incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients, Asian-inspired flavor profiles, and easy-to-master culinary techniques.

Chef Jason will begin by teaching you how to prepare a black and white sesame crusted tuna loin seared ever so lightly. Then, you will learn how to make a batch of shrimp fried rice using sushi rice, fresh-off-the-boat shrimp and an array of vegetables. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a refreshing sorbet with mixed berries for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Some good tips on preparing chicken breasts for Chicken Francais. Knife sharpening tips were useful. Enjoyed learning about some of the specialty products such as balsamic glaze and saffron.

Our second experience with Chef Jason and twice the fun! Not only did we have a wonderful meal, but conversation and fun were the perfect accompaniment. My son was home from college with a few of his friends and they were able to join in on the amazing food and fun. Nothing but gracious compliments and thank you’s from all of them as well.
