Learn the basics of preparing delicious pizza creations in this hands-on class with Chef Antonio.

If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to make your own authentic pizza, this hands-on class with Chef Antonio is your chance to find out.

You’ll use a professional gas-fired stone oven with real tools of the trade, and you’ll get to savor your creations when you're finished — and even take some to go! Your menu will include a choice of mozzarella sticks or fried arancini as an appetizer, classic Margherita pizza, an authentic Italian calzone, and a delicious dessert pizza topped with either coconut or Nutella.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was awesome experience for us making pizza with chef Antonio! I am from Korea, and Koreans usually don't have oven in their kitchen which leads them to buy some pizza from restaurant not make pizza for themselves. So it was really a new experience for me making pizza with big traditional oven and I loved it. My pizza came out great, too. Chef Antonio was very professional, he gave us plenty of new knowledge about pizza and some Italian life. Also he was very friendly so we felt comfortable during the class. I would highly recommend this class to others.  Thank you for setting up the cooking class.

Antonio was wonderful. We learned so much about the pizza making process and had a great time. The food was delicious.
