Over three courses, you'll master several iconic Hawaiian recipes, beginning with a traditional macaroni salad with vegetables, and savory and sweet teriyaki pineapple bowls with chicken and rice. For dessert, indulge in a Hawaiian specialty, coconut buns — known as pani popo — made with coconut milk, and baked into a sweet dough.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.

Cooking dinner it’s Chef BLU is my favorite!!!! I used to be a “put some nuggets in the oven” type of mom until learning new recipes from Chef BLU. I feel like I can make exotic meals that are fun and delicious!!!

I have enjoyed Chef Blu's food on multiple occasions, and I've always finished with a happy stomach and dancing taste buds. She offers a wide variety of cuisine, and opens her customers to a culinary experience unlike any other. I always look forward to any opportunity to enjoy her food. I have also enjoyed some of her cooking classes, and I'm amazed at her knowledge and always have so much fun in her classes. I would recommend Chef Blu to anyone I know. It is always a treat.
Chef Blu has nearly 30 years of experience in the culinary industry — donning the executive chef hat for more than 10 of those years. She is currently the owner and executive chef of her own private catering company where her mission is to provide clients “an experience of pure joy from food.” Chef Blu is also passionate about teaching and is a renowned culinary instructor to both up-and-coming chefs and novice home cooks.
