Explore the diverse cuisine of the Hawaiian Islands in this authentic, hands-on cooking class. Chef Blu will guide you in creating dishes rich with culture while teaching you new cooking methods.
Over three courses, you'll master several iconic Hawaiian recipes, beginning with a traditional macaroni salad with vegetables, and savory and sweet teriyaki pineapple bowls with chicken and rice. For dessert, indulge in caramelized pineapple over coconut ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My boyfriend and I booked the Hawaiian class with Chef Blu and the food was AMAZING!!!! Not only that, Chef Blu was warm and inviting, patient, and a great teacher. We both love to cook and each learned new skills that we will forever use. Thanks again, Chef!

Meet your chef
Chef Blu has nearly 30 years of experience in the culinary industry — donning the executive chef hat for more than 10 of those years. She is currently the owner and executive chef of her own private catering company where her mission is to provide clients “an experience of pure joy from food.” Chef Blu is also passionate about teaching and is a renowned culinary instructor to both up-and-coming chefs and novice home cooks.
