With Mediterranean and Spanish influences, Argentinian cuisine contains a variety of fresh and complex flavors to discover. Explore Argentinian-inspired cuisine with Chef Laura as she teaches you how to prepare three authentic dishes.
Begin the class baking beef empanadas, a pastry stuffed with bell pepper, onion, chorizo and more. For the main course, Chef Laura will guide you through grilling the perfect steak, accompanied by a vibrant chimichurri sauce and sautéed rainbow Swiss chard. You'll complete your evening of Argentinian exploration whipping up a rich dulce de leche mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
