Learn how to make maki and nigiri at varying difficulty levels, and add an Asian twist to a traditional French dessert in this hands-on Japanese cooking class with Chef Patrick.
Begin by making a seaweed salad topped with salmon roe bursting with flavor, then dive into sushi making. The first roll is a more beginner's level yellowfin tuna maki roll followed by a tempura calamari maki roll. Next, Chef Patrick will teach you how to slice fresh fish and form nigiri. Finish with a creamy and crunchy matcha crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
