Cooking Class - Grilling 101

Demystify your grill in this hands-on class with Chef Luke that focuses on mastering outdoor cooking on a variety of grills and smokers.

Begin the four-course class learning how to grill salmon with tangy dijon-basil butter on the Big Green Egg followed by charring flatbread topped with roasted garlic, shaved Parmesan and arugula on a Holland Grill. Next, prepare tender rosemary chicken under a brick on the Traeger grill. Finally, discover the secrets to grilling thick-cut cauliflower steaks with mint pesto on a classic wood-fired Weber grill.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Cooking with Chef Luke was an absolute blast! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Chef Luke. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Through his explanations, we understood why we were doing what we were doing which gives us more confidence in taking these skills home with us to do again. Chef Luke was also more than happy to answer our questions. What made this experience truly a memory were all of the stories and laughs we had.
