Chef Harold will introduce you to the incredible taste and health benefits of plant-based sushi.

Learn all about the health benefits of a plant-based diet with Chef Harold, including its abundance of vitamins, antioxidants and fiber. Already based on fresh ingredients, vegan sushi is colorful, beautiful and healthy.

First, you'll make miso soup brimming with shiitake mushrooms, scallions, dried seaweed and tofu, then create a bright, no-carb sushi with avocado, asparagus, mango, shiitake mushrooms and cucumber. Follow this with a sweet potato tempura, avocado and fried garlic hand roll, and a chef-prepared ube rice cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Harold delivered an amazing meal and experience. We learned the art of modern sushi and were able to put our skills into practice on hand-rolls and maki. Harold shared many anecdotes all while creating one delicious dish after the other. Highly recommend!

We had Chef Harold over tonight for the Asian Street Food class. It was our first time with Cozymeal and Chef Harold and it was fun and engaging! Having it in our home meant we didn't have to get a babysitter and we loved the intimate setting and getting to chat with Chef Harold. We felt very special. The chicken was our favorite - so crispy and I can't believe we made it ourselves. Chef Harold also made a custom super spicy noodle option for my husband who loves spicy food. But he can make it non spicy too for those with a milder palette. Overall great experience and glad we did it!
