Discover the secrets to making a seafood centric three-course menu in this hands-on workshop.

Whether you're already living a pescatarian lifestyle or just want to work more seafood into your diet, join Chef Patrick for a seafood workshop focused on healthy, mouthwatering recipes.

The hands-on cooking class begins by learning about food safety methods for handling and preparing fresh seafood. Chef Patrick will then teach you several cooking methods for fresh fish, mollusks and shellfish. At the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to effortlessly prepare scallops, clams, salmon and cheesecake a la sous vide.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
