Cooking Class - Fresh Seafood Workshop
Whether you're already living a pescatarian lifestyle or just want to work more seafood into your diet, join Chef Patrick for a seafood workshop focused on healthy, mouthwatering recipes.
The hands-on cooking class begins by learning about food safety methods for handling and preparing fresh seafood. Chef Patrick will then teach you several cooking methods for fresh fish, mollusks and shellfish, including searing, steaming, braising, and sous vide. At the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to effortlessly prepare clams, salmon, calamari, and cheesecake a la sous vide.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
