Learning these simplified sushi-focused recipes will have you questioning the need to go out for sushi! In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create four Japanese delicacies completely from scratch using classic cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients.

Chef Patrick will teach you essential sushi-making skills, including how to properly season and cool sushi rice, sear tuna, poach shrimp, and slice fish. Next, you'll learn how to perfectly prepare rolls, sashimi and nigiri. End this delectable meal with luscious sweet coconut sticky rice with fresh mango.
