My girlfriend and I attended Chef Jinhe’s class and had one of the best nights of our year. He was a welcoming host, knowledgeable sushi chef, and amazing conversationist. We highly recommend this experience, especially if you like high quality sushi! Very COVID safe as well.

My daughter, sister, niece and I booked this sushi class together and had an AMAZING time. Chef Jinhe prepped everything in advance so it was super easy to get right to making sushi. He explained everything really well and showed us how to do it in a way that made it easy. The 4 of us ended up making 60 rolls of sushi, salmon, California rolls - even hand rolls. It was incredible and we took so much home!!

Chef was a great teacher. We learned about how to buy fish, what kind of rice cooker is best and how to make the best sushi at home. We had a great time and a great lunch after our class. Highly recommend.

My Dad and I had an amazing time today making sushi with Chef Jinhe! He supplied the freshest of ingredients and guided us through a number of different rolls. My Dad and I had a lot of questions throughout the lesson since we are both foodies and Chef Jinhe had all the answers. Definitely a great experience and would highly recommend!

Chef Jinhe was a phenomenal chef and instructor. I surprised my husband with a Sushi cooking class for Valentine's Day and we both throughly enjoyed Chef Jinhe's class. He was well-prepared and explained how to cook sushi in a very simple fun way. My husband and I stumbled with some of the techniques, yet Chef Jinhe was patient and helped us along the way . We left his comfy home feeling like we learned new skills and incredibly excited to try sushi on our own. Highly recommended! 10 stars from this couple!

"This was the best gift I've ever received on Valentine's Day!" These were the words that came out of my Wife's mouth when we got back into the car after leaving Chef Jinhe Terri's place. I believe that 1-on-1 Sushi classes will become the next BIG thing because not only were they easy to make but Chef Jinhe made the experience so much fun and immersive. He had the freshest ingredients on hand, and a very clean and sanitized environment to cook in. Furthermore, we got to taste the food as we went along, and lastly enjoyed all of our creations at an intimate dinner table with all of the sauces just like in a real restaurant. It was awesome and we definitely plan on going back real soon. Thank you again Chef Jinhe Terri!

I always thought making sushi would be way to complicated, but with the guidance of Chef Jinhe I feel very comfortable in trying it out on my own. I learned all about ingredients to purchase and what to look for and which ones compliment. A good experience.
