Join Chef Josh to learn how simple it is to make sushi from scratch using all fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients, and smart cooking skills and professional knife techniques.
Begin the hands-on cooking class with miso soup with kombu and scallions, then learn how to make vegetable nigiri with sushi rice, roasted red peppers and kabocha squash. Next, you'll compose hosomaki and makizushi with sushi rice, nori, crunchy cucumber, creamy avocado, asparagus and sesame.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
