In this hands-on class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare an extravagant and flavor-forward four-course dinner menu using an array of fresh, high-quality, and luxurious ingredients.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to creating in this class with Chef JE include bloody Mary oyster shooters featuring fresh blue point oysters, a farm-to-fork arugula salad studded with goat cheese and local pecans, a rack of lamb with morel mushrooms and scalloped potatoes, a homemade crème brûlée with brandy for dessert.
