Get ready to learn everything you've ever wanted to know about making salmon at home.
In this hands-on class, Chef Gagana will teach you how to select and break down a whole salmon filet before he breaks down his favorite salmon cooking techniques to help you refresh the go-to salmon recipes you already have in your dinner roster.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include handcrafted salmon cakes with arugula, spiced salmon skewers, oven-roasted salmon coated in Chef Gagana's unique spice blend sided by rice and broccolini, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Gagana is an amazing chef. Beautiful display of the food. The prep work was very interesting and helpful. Sauces and seasonings were wonderful. Simple, yet outstanding dinner.

We had such a fun experience. The food was delicious. Chef Gagana was a patient, clear and thorough teacher. My father and I both left feeling like we can actually make these recipes. The fruit dessert at the end was a perfect way to cap off the meal. Chef Gagana also emailed us ahead of time with clear instructions on easily getting to the location.
