Chef Myisha will begin the class by talking about the fundamentals and history of dumplings. Then, you will dive into the preparation of shrimp and pork shumai with black truffle and scallions, spicy lobster bao buns with a refreshingly crisp daikon radish slaw, steamed kimchi dumplings with pork, pan-fried apple dumplings with ginger and caramel, and more!
