Cooking Class - Chinese Dumplings and More
Join Chef Myisha and learn how to master the art of traditional Chinese dumpling making.
In this hands-on class with Chef Myisha, you will learn how to prepare four different types of dumplings and more using both familiar and exotic ingredients, and time-honored Chinese culinary techniques.
Chef Myisha will begin the class by talking about the fundamentals and history of dumplings. Then, you will dive into the preparation of shrimp and pork shumai with black truffle and scallions, spicy lobster bao buns with a refreshingly crisp daikon radish slaw, steamed kimchi dumplings with pork, pan-fried apple dumplings with ginger and caramel, and more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
