Cooking Class - Heart Healthy Cooking
Bring your favorite dinner partner to Chef Nadina's hands-on cooking class where you will learn how balancing a healthy diet and lifestyle can lead to a better life.
Chef Nadina will begin the class teaching you the benefits of the three types of omega-3s. You will then prepare an entrée of citrusy salmon with broiled shellfish accompanied by a side of fresh vegetables. As the grand finale, indulge your palate with a chocolate mousse mini cake. There’s no sacrificing flavor or joy when making your diet heart healthy!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
