Bring your favorite dinner partner to Chef Nadina's hands-on cooking class where you will learn how balancing a healthy diet and lifestyle can lead to a better life.
Chef Nadina will begin the class teaching you the benefits of the three types of omega-3s. You will then prepare an entrée of citrusy salmon with broiled shellfish accompanied by a side of fresh vegetables. As the grand finale, indulge your palate with a chocolate mousse mini cake. There’s no sacrificing flavor or joy when making your diet heart healthy!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nadina is also an integrated health coach, and hosts classes that teaches people how to cook and eat healthy. Her many culinary endeavors show just how passionate she is about all things food!
