What You'll Do

Chef Andy demonstrates prepping and cooking techniques to add more fresh produce into your meals.

This class with Chef Andy is dedicated to teaching you how to prepare simple, healthy meals. You will learn how to prepare ingredients so you can easily cook during the week, as well as different cooking techniques and knife skills.

Begin the class by preparing Vietnamese spring rolls, a combination of cucumbers, shredded carrots and scallions rolled in lettuce leaves and served with sweet chili dipping sauce. Next, learn how to make a quick and healthy stir fry with chicken and vegetables, then end the class with fresh mixed fruit and honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Five stars is not enough. Chef Andy and Chef Coco gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to our home and taught us how to prepare an absolutely amazing Mexican meal, and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. They were warm, friendly, very instructive and fund. They made the cooking process feel approachable, fun, and memorable. What really stood out was how they combined great teaching with genuine friendless and a desire to teach. We learned a lot, ate an incredible meal, and truly enjoyed having them in our home. Remarkably, they even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Chef Andy and Chef Coco to anyone looking for a special, delicious, and well-run private cooking experience.

We had a wonderful experience hiring Chef Andy and his sous chef Coco for a private dinner in our home. The meal was absolutely fantastic- beautifully presented and delicious from start to finish. Andy and Coco were professional, organized, and made the entire evening feel effortless and fun. They handled everything seamlessly and even left the kitchen spotless. It truly felt like having a fine dining restaurant experience in our own home. Highly recommend Chef Andy and Coco if you're looking for a memorable private chef experience!
