Cooking Class - Flavors of the Land and Sea
When you can't decide between seafood or steak, choose both! In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kenneth, you will prepare a surf and turf meal that incorporates the best of both worlds.
Begin by blackening shrimp for avocado bites with cilantro and remoulade, then, learn how to perfectly cook a steak served with more shrimp, crab cakes, fresh asparagus, and homemade hollandaise sauce. Finally, Chef Kenneth will teach you how to make a decadent dessert that combines crème brûlée with cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
