Prepare three courses of seafood, steak and dessert in this class with Chef Kenneth.

When you can't decide between seafood or steak, choose both! In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kenneth, you will prepare a surf and turf meal that incorporates the best of both worlds.

Begin by blackening shrimp for avocado bites with cilantro and remoulade. Then, learn how to perfectly cook a steak served with shrimp, crab cakes, fresh asparagus and homemade hollandaise sauce. Finally, Chef Kenneth will teach you how to make a decadent dessert that combines crème brûlée with cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I was looking for a unique b-day gift for my fiancee and Chef Kenny and his wife Cece did NOT dissapoint!! We laughed the entire time, learned A LOT, ate a delicious meal and felt nothing but love from this couple. I never leave a review but this was one of the best experiences we’ve had, if we could go back for another 100 meals we would, Thank you both so much!

If we could give Chef Kenneth 100 stars, we WOULD! It’s the best cooking class experience I’ve ever had. He is serious about his cooking process but, he also makes time to chat. The food was DELICIOUS, his wife was charming, and their home is super clean. I highly recommend him. This was more than just cooking, it was an experience.

After receiving a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Le Cordon Bleu in 2005, Chef Kenneth completed an internship at Walt Disney World in Florida as an assistant to the executive chef. He is passionate about traveling, and has worked in kitchens in many cities and countries around the world.
