When you can't decide between seafood or steak, choose both! In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kenneth, you will prepare a surf and turf meal that incorporates the best of both worlds.
Begin by blackening shrimp for avocado bites with cilantro and remoulade. Then, learn how to perfectly cook a steak served with herbed shrimp and crab, and fresh asparagus topped with homemade hollandaise sauce. Finally, Chef Kenneth will teach you how to make your choice of a decadent dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
