In this hands-on class with Chef Mori, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Japanese-inspired menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques that will take tofu from bland to bracing.
Chef Mori will begin by teaching you how to prepare a tofu filling brimming with fresh, complex flavors and toothsome textures. Then, you will use your tofu filling to prepare two different types of pot stickers as well as a Japanese spring roll with a homemade peanut dipping sauce before ending with a refreshing strawberry matcha dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
