Get ready to experience sushi like never before in this culinary experience with Chef Harold.

In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn how to prepare an impressive seven-course Japanese menu featuring both modern sushi creations as well as traditional rolled sushi.

Some of the different types of sushi you can look forward to creating in this class include a salmon tartare cupcake and a tuna tartare taco as well as a classic cucumber roll, California roll, and a shrimp tempura hand roll. You can also look forward to brewing a traditional miso soup and a coconut jelly for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Harold was so wonderful! The class was very enjoyable and he taught us a ton. The food was incredible and he even shared some recipes with us after class! He made sure to clean up everything after class too which was awesome. I definitely recommend this class! We plan on taking more classes from Chef Harold in the future.

Chef Harold was warm and engaging and ensured we had a fabulous time. He perfectly paced all courses, kept instruction to “digestible” buts, and made sure each of us could follow along. He came perfectly prepared, with ingredients already pre measured and cut. He really made my husband’s birthday memorable and went beyond the menu to make my husband a “sushi cake” to make the event extra special.
