Cooking Class - Journey to Jamaica
In this hands-on class with Chef Kimesha, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Jamaican dinner menu using an array of fresh and tropical ingredients as well as time-honored Caribbean cooking techniques and recipes.
Chef Kimesha will begin the class by teaching you how to build layers of flavor in a simple and vibrant pineapple salad. Then, you will learn the secrets to crafting a bright and punchy authentic Jamaican jerk seasoning for your entrée before ending with a custardy Jamaican-style bread pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
