Cooking Class - Classic French Brasserie Cookery

Learn how to prepare some of the most iconic and most appreciated French brasserie dishes.

In this hands-on class with Chef Olivier, you will learn how to prepare a classic three-course French brasserie menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional French cooking techniques and recipes that have been handed down for generations.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a wonderfully rustic French onion soup topped with Swiss cheese and homemade croutons, a sultry coq au vin entrée with an incredible depth of flavor, and a citrus crêpes Suzette complete with pyrotechnics for a show-stopping dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful night with Chef Olivier. The food was incredible, Olivier was highly personable, and I feel as though I learned a lot. His newly remodeled kitchen is also the stuff home design dreams are made of. Highly recommend!

Chef Olivier was fantastic! Really knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and I learned a ton of cooking techniques from him. Plus, the food was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully take another class from him some day!
