Cooking Class - Germany's Finest for Oktoberfest
In this hands-on class with Chef Robert, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Oktoberfest menu using an array of high-quality ingredients and a blend of both modern and traditional German cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a cheddar cheese and beer soup with apples and pepitas, a classic German spaetzle, a juicy and crispy pork schnitzel entrée, and a light and creamy vanilla cinnamon pumpkin mousse infused with autumnal vibes for dessert.
