In this hands-on class with Chef Tai, you will learn how to prepare four elevated desserts and pastries that are sure to be the exclamation point punctuating any meal.
The desserts you can look forward to preparing include a vegan pavlova with aquafaba and whipped coconut cream, a taro cheesecake with a stunning white chocolate mirror glaze, Chef Tai's signature cookies and cream dessert featuring chocolate semifreddo, espresso caramel, and vanilla bean ice cream, as well as a caramelized white chocolate crème brûlée with fresh raspberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
