In this hands-on class with culinary extraordinaire, Chef Tania, discover how to elevate chicken into a gourmet meal using fresh ingredients and smart techniques.
With Chef Tania as your guide, begin by making a refreshing cucumber, tomato and onion salad, then learn all about wings, including the traditional fried method as well as healthier baked and grilled versions. A variety of sauces from buttery to cheesy to spicy will be included with thick-cut steak fries on the side. Cut the heat with a subtle vanilla pear bread pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
