Come along with Chef Rochelle as she imparts the ancient wisdom of Asian cuisine.

Toss the take-out menu and learn how to make delicious Asian dishes at home under the guidance of Chef Rochelle. With a few simple techniques, you can make an array of dishes that are fresh, healthy and so much better than that stuff that comes in the little cardboard boxes.

The scent of stir-fried garlic, ginger and soy sauce permeates the kitchen along with the sizzle of the wok as you learn to create starters, main dishes and even dessert, all from scratch. Slicing techniques and a super hot pan make Asian cooking fast, easy and fun!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rochelle was absolutely Amazing. She hosted my daughters 13th Surprise Chef Dinner Party. She came prepared with a loving and passionate demeanor that captivated our hearts. Chef Rochelle was a fun and great chef to cook with. It was a comfortable atmosphere. The food choices were on point and with the theme. I can’t wait to re-create it on my own. The food was delicious and filling and it was fairly easy to make. Overall an enjoyable experience.
