In this hands-on class with Chef Meir, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare four vegetarian Indian recipes using both familiar and exotic ingredients as well as easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class with Chef Meir include handmade naan bread with a cool and tangy yogurt dip, vegetarian potato meatballs bathed in a creamy tomato gravy, delicately spiced spinach swimming with chunks of paneer cheese, and simple coconut ladoo for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
