Join Chef Shane and learn how to take classic American fare to the next level.
In this hands-on class with Chef Shane, you will learn how to prepare a four-course American menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and a host of simple and modern recipes and cooking techniques.
Chef Shane will begin by teaching on basic skills, such as sautéing , baking, and knife skills. Then, you will dive into the preparation of a butternut squash soup with roasted field mushrooms, zucchini noodles, slow-cooked salmon, cauliflower purée, Brussels sprouts with bacon, and a warm double chocolate cake with a brown butter crumb for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shane is a talented professional chef with more than 20 years in the culinary industry, and formal training in Spain and France under Michelin star chefs. He is well-versed in preparing a variety of cuisines from scratch, has hosted many high-end dinner soirées, has worked with celebrity chefs, taught cooking classes, consulted in the culinary landscape, and much more.
