Cooking Class - How To Use a Chef's Knife
Take your chef skills to the next level by learning proper knife practices.
Behind every delicious dish is some equally impressive knife work and this cooking class is the perfect first step in perfecting your knife skills. A talented chef instructor will teach you essential knife techniques, as well as proper maintenance practices. Poor knife skills just won't cut it in the kitchen, so you won't want to miss this!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We did not have chef Zach but the chef we had was excellent. Instructions clear and visuals were good. She explained why things happen and gave us hints on how to be better bakers. Her assistant was also excellent. She was patient and helpful.
